Recently, the company carried out a special training on contract management legal knowledge. More than 30 people from the company's marketing center, production support department, enterprise management department and related business personnel participated in the training.

     The training was taught by the company's legal advisor, Lawyer Zhao from Beijing Zhongyin Luoyang Law Firm. The theme of the training is: Several issues of concern to both parties in standardizing contract management. Lawyer Zhao talked about 6 internal and external cases, combined with work reality and business dealings, and gave an in-depth and easy-to-understand explanation around the basic structure of the contract, expounding the key points and measures for legal risk prevention and control in the process of drafting, reviewing, signing and performing the contract, and through the interpretation of typical contract cases, he highlighted the common problems and precautions in the review and signing of the contract.

     Finally, the company's chairman, Jiao Shaoqin, gave a speech and put forward requirements for the trainees. It is required that through this training, the key points of risk control should be combined with actual work, the legal awareness and risk prevention awareness in work should be improved, and the ability to regulate and perform contracts should be enhanced.
